Avance Lash Serum EX

A product from Japan which cost 1890yen for a 7ml bottle.

This transparent product is meant to lengthen & thicken yur eyelash. I never know tat there's such products which cld lengthen eyelash until I saw someone organising make-up spree in Live Journal. Was very amazed and I began gathering info on which brand is more effective.

Initially, I'm eyeing on DHC, but a friend's colleague advise me to go for Avance instead. But of course its slightly more expensive than DHC. Well, which I don't really mind as long as it works! And yes, it has live up to its reputation! By 3rd week or so, I notice that my eyelash has indeed grown longer! I suddenly realised that my eyes can really talk!! Ahaha.. Now, my eyes look more lively than b4. I have been using this for a few months already, I guess it has grown to its maximum. But will still continue using just in case it shorthen back??? Ahahahaha...

Directions to use: Just like applying mascara, apply wif Avance every night on clean lashes (top and bottom), preferably after yur night-time skin regimen. (I dun know if it works better when u rub the roots of yur eyelash with the brush.. Ahahaha.. Tat's wat my sis taught me!) OR if you are applying mascara, u can use this as a base.

Laneige Water Sleeping Pack Plus

This Korean brand is introduced to me by an ex-colleague of mine. Frm wat I know, either all/most of their prdts is water-based which attracts me in the first place. And of course, this got to be one of my favourite mask! Cost S$45 for a 80ml bottle at any local Laneige Counter.

This is a gel-based overnight mask. Texture is smooth and got a very nice fragrant. U won't be surprised to wake up with a vibrant moistured face. And most importantly, its so hassle-free to just leave it on yur face overnight! This is great for all skin type.

Directions to use: Just apply it as the last step of yur night-time regimen. Use once or twice a week.

P/S: I like to put all mask in the fridge coz upon applying, it gives me a cooling effect which i find it very soothing!

Personal Reviews on BB Creams

My skin problem:

Uncontrollably oily over the whole face, Tend to oxidise very fast, Lack of radiance. Am very troubled over my very oily face. Gotta touch up my make up very often. Despite trying several brands of foundations, but, seems like i have not found one which suits me. So i was very tempted when i come across wonderful reviews on BB creams.

B4 i own BB cream: Cleanser, Laneige Booster, Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2, Laneige perfect renew dual touch eyes, La Colline Cellular Hydro Matifying Fluid, Care Plus pre-makeup cream, Biotherm Matte Souffle Foundation, Channel SPF25 Teint Controle extreme Powder.

After i own BB cream: Cleanser, Laneige Booster, Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2, Laneige perfect renew dual touch eyes, La Colline Cellular Hydro Matifying Fluid, Care Plus pre-makeup cream (wif BB cream, now i can skip this step occasionally), BB cream, Channel SPF25 Teint Controle extreme Powder.

After owning BB cream, i fell in love with the after-effect and definitely addicted to it!! It's every ladies best friend!! Since then, I have officially remove my long-time favourite Biotherm Matte Souffle Foundation from my dresser to my cabinet!! Ahahaha!! But, to clarify, if not for my oily skin, Biotherm Matte Souffle Foundation is a good prdt. It really brightens up yur skin, giving a natural radiant look!! *Thumbs up*

Skinfood Aloe Sun BB Cream SPF 20

This is my very first own BB cream. Texture is smooth, easy application. Upon application, i do look slightly radiant, coverage is quite good. But, oil ctrl is only so-so for me, but definitely better than foundations i used previously. The plus pt of this prdt is that it really improvise my skin texture after abt just 2-3 applications. Skin feels smoother, slightly radiant than b4, pores minimized and lesser breakouts.

Skinfood Mushroom BB Cream SPF20

Bought this at S$39.30 (Including Shipping). Haven tried on my face yet, coz, i tested on my hand and find it quite oily. Hence, quite reluctant to try. Hmm.. Prob will try it out when im not going out. Ahaha.

Ordered sample (3g) at S$7. Heard tat its an oil free prdt!! Also for whitening and anti-wrinkle!! Yippy!! The user has ready stocks, so should be receiving in a few days time. Hoping to receive all BB b4 CNY! So my face can stay pretty pretty till wee hrs.
